Piercing minors must be scheduled as an appointment.

All piercings are subject to change price if the body is particularly difficult to pierce

Requirements for Piercing Minors

-You will need ALL of these documents-

  • State, School, Tribal, or Federal photo ID (Passport, Military ID, DMV ID) for the minor. IDs can be obtained at the DMV OR UMV. (Reason: Ensures child’s identity is accurate and adult is the official legal gaurdian.)

  • Birth Certificate for the minor with the parent in attendance listed or guardianship paperwork with both the minor and the attending adult listed.

  • State or Federal photo ID (Passport, Military ID, DMV ID), for the parent/gaurdian.

  • If parents last name has changed from what is listed on the birth certificate, they must provide documentation as to why.(Marriage Certificate, Divorce Papers, Adoption Paperwork, Custody Paperwork, Change of Legal Name Documents.)

  • Please understand that the requirements for piercing minors is a state law.
